Contract with CVG

I could use a little help understanding the deal that KRY has with CVG. I understand that Venezuela through CVG 'owns' all the gold at Las Cristinas and that KRY has a contract to mine it. What I would like to know is what are the terms of the contract? What does KRY get out of being the producer? Are these term set in 'rock' or are they being renegotiated along with the permiting? If anyone knows the details could they post them or point me to where I can find this out.
