For a start I would recommend the review of pges 19,20 from the Technical Report Update on the Las Cristinas Project which lists the 14 conditions of the MOA (Mining Operation Agreement) signed off between CVG & Crystallex in Sept 2002. The Technical Report can be found at sedar.com or at Crystallex's website. Hopefully this will answer some of your questions.
