The 2006 financing included a bunch of warrants that could be exercised within a time period (time frame eludes me at the moment) following permit approval. It appeared at the time that with the exercise of warrants, the "unknown party" would have slightly over 9% of the common. Speculation at the time centered on GG, but who knows.
