In response to repeated complaints and fear expressed to Jim Sinclair (jsmineset.com) regarding the sub-par performance of the gold juniors in the context of an ongoing bull market in gold, Mr. Sinclair has recommended (on more than one occaison) reading "The Secret". By great coincidence, a friend of mine happened to have a copy of the book on CD and burned a copy for me. I've listened to the first couple of disks on the way to\from work. In a nutshell....'The Secret' is based upon the fact that thoughts have the power to shape the outcome of events. You attract what you think\feel. I have decided to throw out negative thoughts (of which I've had my share) regarding KRY. I wouldn't still own this stock if I didn't believe (after all of the noise regarding 'country risk', bear raids, minister changes, nationalization fears, negative articles, non-stop bashing etc., etc.) that the permit would come. 'The Secret' states that three steps are necessary to transform a thought into reality:
1. ASK: Ask for the permit (you are simply throwing your request out there into the cosmos). You only need to ask (with your thoughts) once.
2. BELIEVE: KNOW that your request has been 'received' and is being acted upon through circumstance and events and action. Be confident in this knowledge.
3. RECEIVE: Act with the confidence that you have already received fullfillment of your request. Pick out the color for your new Porsche. Take a test drive. Plan that new addition to your house. Pay off your bills. Genuinely enjoy (in thought and feeling) the fullfillment of your request...confident in the knowledge that it is a done deal.
'The Secret' is predicated upon physical (not man made) laws. In listening to the CDs I remembered a dusty old book I came across in the University library back in the 1970s written by a physicist. In effect....it attempted to explain through physics (only a theory of course) the fundamental principals that underlie the workings of 'The Secret'. This is not Dale Carnegie.
My request to all longs is to simply take to heart the three steps above. Let's kick this mo' fo' up a notch. No need to respond. LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!
