I have asked bull frog for the content of this letter that he has referenced and we continue to wait for his response. Richard Marshall has responded as indicated in my earlier post and he does not know what bull frog is referencing. So until we hear from bull frog and give him his opportunity to clear up this mess we continue to wonder what in the world he was up to.
