Interesting. Seems since KRY has met all requirements, needing only a final green light to get the project moving, the equipment in storage would be readied to move in anticipation of the permit.

Speculative stocks, especially those in Venezuela, are a roller coaster ride.

Last year when I spoke to Marshall about the equipment in storage he stated that it would be mobilized 4-6 months AFTER receiving the permit.
