old fool (typical inefficient mngt response), i would hope the "planning stages" are done by now..90% of the inventory on the list should be either "put directly into use" or start being erected as soon as possible after the permit.....what EXACTLY is going to take 6 MONTHS before they can ship ANY equipment? hiring locals? figuring out where to dig?...c'mon! i'm so sick of overpaid cry babies with great educations and no guts.....pay these guys on a results only basis and maybe something would actually happen....GIVE ME ONE REASON IT WOULD TAKE 6 MONTHS TO START SHIPPING ANY EQUIPMENT AFTER PERMIT. fact is they have to start producing within (12 months is'nt it? according to MOA) or start paying %'s.....
