Guys - don't shoot the messenger.

When I had talked to Marshall about the equipment taking 4-6 months after the permit was issued I also thought that it was a bit long and asked Marshal why. His explanation was that there was enough preparatory work to be done before any of the stuff needs to be shipped. He also said anything specifically required that was on the docks would be shipped earlier but he didn't think there was was much that fell into that category. He was very clear that nothing would be shipped until after the permit was issued (makes very good sense!)

Maybe someone can ask him again - he's always been upfront with me.
