This should no longer be considered a spec stock. This passed the point of being a spec stock when the Vens approved the EIS, collected $ for taxes and required the bond to be posted--and then stated in writing that the permit would be issued. I waited to invest in this company until after the above events happened. That is why KRY has stated numerous times that the Enviromental Ministry is OBLIGATED (which is code speak for legally on the hook) to issue the permit. If they don't issue the permit based on the above, then it can be said with confidence that the shareholders were dupped and mislead. KRY would certainly have legal recourse. They might not get a fair shake in a VEN court---however, VEN and Canada have signed a treaty which provides for international arbitration in such cases. Based on the above---I like KRY's position if it comes down to international arbitration.
