I had a communications with RM last night and asked him what the unit price was going to be and his response was, "I believe the price is to be determined at a later date." At the time it did not make any sense to me, but I did respond by saying that you must know something is up.

Also, it looked like they rushed to issue an announcement on the equity financing well after the market close last night so my spider senses are tingling.
