I wonder if Hugo expects a certain level of social program expenditure before he issues the permit?

The work of rehabilitation of urban roads, which are in the El Campito, are in their final term.  Between today and tomorrow, will be dealt with street Carabobo Chuponal to focus on and follow the path of repairs, according to emergencies. Work on Chuponal were presented with urgency, and Julian Palacios Analís Martinez, while Pablo Vargas confirmed the start of the work, as confirmed Vicente Rojas.
