try sw florida....if one for sale sign caught on fire we'd have a wildfire on our hands....problem i see is, rates are LOW but banks dont have a lot to lend and valuations are shot....this going to take awhile to fix....imo  i do see where most investors that have some money are scrambling for a good place to put it....maybe gold? i'd like to recommend the cjr mutual fund....
