Winter....don't really know....but from what I gather, Bruce was a friend of Caras. I got the impression that Cara felt Bruce was treated unfairly and wasn't as fond of the new management for whatever reason. Pragmatically, it does make sense that they have a financial guy that knows how to raise money and handle buyouts at the helm (as long, of course, that he is not stealing the shareholders blind...ha ha). Supposedly Bruce is still affiliated on a consulting basis. Apparantly there wasn't enough room aboard the U.S.S. KRY....OR...perhaps Bruce got pissed at his treatment and elected not to stay. Never heard anything definative one way or the other.
