I,m under water on this deal too, but I refuse to fold.  I refuse to be spooked out of my $ that easy. If you have a big loss and panic and sell before the permit and the permit comes the next day you have no legal claim because you just didn,t have enough patience. But if you hang in and for some reason the permit doesn't happen I think you have a legal claim via KRY.  From discussions I've had with folks I think you can rest assured that KRY would pursue legal recourse if for some reason the permit did not happen. LOL longs
