No kidding turtlefoam -- while I do not think that we will get converted to a JV, if it did happen we have already spent our part so VZ would have to fund the rest of development and a large % of social programs and VZ would have to buy its share like they did with oil.

Whatever happens from this point can only be good for us.

That said, a lot of these clowns munble about this stuff and have been for a long time, but most of this talk is aimed at concessions -- VZ already owns LC 100%.
