Agreed BMH.  As others have already posted...the "joint venture" model apparently is aimed more at the concessions and not KRY since it has an operating contract.  Hopefully Vz will honor their legally binding contract and not get greedy now that KRY shareholders have done all of the heavy lifting and gold has gone up in price.
