CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuela's oil operations and cash flows have not been affected by court orders won by Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) to freeze up assets as the U.S. giant fights for compensation for a project nationalized last year, the nation's energy minister said on Friday.
Minister Rafael Ramirez said Venezuela would introduce a legal response to the rulings this week, which froze $12 billion of state oil company PDVSA's assets around the world.
