Ok, I have been sitting back reading the posts of those arguing over the contract and what happens if it is cancelled, etc.
It seems what is being discussed is : What happens if the mining permit is voided, and what the KRY / Ven contract says concerning Las Cristinas should the permit be denied.
To most speculators, and we are all speculators here if you hold KRY, any official announcement of a Yes or No on the permit is our ultimate and final end point.
With a Yes, most all will take profit and move on, possibly holding a small portion and play with the "house" money.
With a No, most will sell out ASAP to make their loss as minimal as possible.
I am not saying that the discussion over what the contract says is irrelevent, silly, or getting old. I enjoy reading a good heated discussion because it always brings out points and issues likely to not be brought out otherwise.
Some discussion of what the contract says is quite valid. However, it just seems that continued discussion of the nuances in the KRY / Ven contract does not pertain to current speculators because they will be, for the most part, pretty much long gone once a Yes or No decision is made on the permit.
