Yes, there would be a lot of selling by the current speculators who held out for the mining permit being approved. Share price should jump up because folks who have waited for the permit will be expecting to be rewarded for their time.
There should be a lot of buying, because that first hurdle of a permit, which was the biggest risk, is gone (as if those of us on this board do not already know that). Anyway, those buying after permit would also be speculators, but they would be looking for eventually actual gold production of a Junior company now being a major player. A buy-out deal may also be a reason for someone to buy in.
Some of the original speculators may stay on and also look for gold production, or a buy-out, as KRY has plenty of potential for shareholders who can hang in there.
Overall, KRY will likely continue to be speculative until there is consistent gold production and their balance sheets are no longer red. At that point, it might become an investment stock. However, with the current political situation in Venezuela, KRY could very well always be considered as speculative.
