Chavez Threatens US Oil Cutoff

We knew Mr. Chavez would not take any action against him sitting down and we were waiting for his next move. This man really scares me from an investment point of view. Looks like he will just stop shipping oil. Isn't that cutting off your nose spite your face? Not sure where the smarts are in this move, but we are dealing with Mr. Chavez and the normal rules do not apply to him...apparently.
