I thought if we could find out specifically where the priorities are then we might be able to judge when they might get to us.  There seem to be  a lot of people here  who have very good information sources in VZ.  If we could see what they. the environmental ministry, are doing, get a sense of their overall productivity and try to relate it to the overall political situation we might be able to find some clues that may encourage us or even let us more accurately predict the granting of the final permit.
