I'm not sure I follow the emphasis on Sanz. He is the new head of Mibam, Khan's replacement, correct? Mibam has already approved LC (along with virtually everyone else in VZ). We are waiting on Minamb, are we not? And Mibam has already encouraged Minamb to issue the permit ASAP. Why do we believe that his further involvement will facilitate permit issuance? Do we know/believe he has special authority to move things along? Just asking...
