Installed Working Meeting between Iran and Venezuela
In the meeting with representative of the Iranian government, headed by the Minister of Industries and Mines said the country was presented to President Chavez a project.

On Friday February 15 was installed in the Ayacucho Hall of the Palace of Miraflores a working meeting between the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Islamic Republic of Iran.

At the meeting with representatives of the Iranian government, headed by the Minister of Industries and Mines said the country was presented to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez to develop a project in the west, centre and east of the country, the axis of Orinoco-Apure development, Apurinoco, as called President Chavez, which includes a number of industrial activities of exploration and mining, transportation, housing, power plants, tourism, water treatment plant, among others.

When launching this project will be divided into an integrated system of activities, first has been called a pioneering project, the second area of activity stabilising and the third an area of local activities.

Within the first phase will be carried out exploration and exploitation of metallic and non-metallic mines then could empower the industries in the areas of automotive, white goods and automobile parts.
