Honorable President Boss,

No matter how bureaucratic or political the VZ government is there is someone who knows exactly what is holding up this permit.  KRY has over 250 employees in VZ therefore it stands to reason that GT has good intelligence and knows exactly what is holding up the permit or what needs to happen in order for the permit to be granted. 

We could assume that divulgence of this information will affect the stock price and/or could violate a confidence that might politically effect KRY’s position in VZ.  Therefore it is understandable that nothing has been said publically.   I think we have gotten all we will get from KRY with the established forms of communication.

I would like for you to ask RM if a delegation of stockholders headed by you could meet GT and discuss the issues face to face.  Written and over the phone communication is only fractionally as effective as communication face to face.  You have 50k shares,  that is a lot of money.  I have 21k.  If you were in business and had $100,000+ plus at stake would you not want to meet with the guy responsible?
