Yes....KRY..three things:
1. Is there any truth to the statement made by Ms. Gignac (one of the new financiers...with Wellington I think)..that there is a "Water Problem" of some type with the mine. According to Ms. Wellington...this resulted in her cutting the anticipated price target from 10 to 5 dollars\share. Of course that ruthless downgrade occurred just before she stuck her face in the financing trough.
2. Why doesn't anyone on the board own stock outright? Don't they believe in the company? Why do they not share the same conviction of their shareholders by putting their own money on the table? Their options allow them only risk free upside. Doesn't look good when contrasted with some of their junior competitors.
3. Are they aware of any short interest on the part of the backers of the most recent financing prior to the deal being done?
Thanks and good luck!
