The misconception that Las Cristinas could be nationalized still plagues Crystallex.  This project is not a concession, it is 100% owned by VZ with administration by CVG.  Crystallex has a MOA (Mine Operating Agreement), thus it's situation is unlike that of Gold Reserve, etc.  There may be other issues that are of concern, but "nationalization" is not one of them.
