BOSS...I like your numbers. Your bottom line of 10 bucks per share agrees with the Bill Cara buyout number of 10 to 12 bucks per share calc by Bill Cara back when gold was about $550\ounce. Of course production costs were below the $550\ounce at that point in time as well I believe....but the numbers still work.
