Not trying to rain on anyone's parade, but I seem to recall some VZ officials saying, that one way or another, KRY would have to accept the same JV structure as everyone else. Given that KRY has what looks like a binding contract it will be interesting to see how the new mining legislation applies to us. I suppose it could lead to some kind of legal confrontation.
What really concerns me these days is, that companies with concessions such as Grz and Rml, appear technically (TA) stronger than KRY.
It looks like we are going to hit the $1.50 support level before we see any kind of reversal. Unfortunately, at that level, if somebody offers $2.00 per share it will look generous and they could easily get control. I hope that's not the real agenda here.
KRY has been down to these levels before and managed to climb back up to the $5.00-7.00 level. We just have to hope it happens again.
