I am not experienced enough to tell anything else. I am parroting what was noticed from a while back (and was asking why, why, why, back then).

It appears that there is light at the end of the tunnel with the low volume. Saying that most all of the non-hardcore longs are just about finished.

The last time around it seemed that they (someone getting in) let the price move up a little (to about 1.73) as though to let more of those non-hardcore fence-sitters get out, then put the screws down to shake out more retail by driving it to a new low.
