It looks like the short term average has been riding above the long term average for the last six days. When short term is above long term, it indicates someone is accumulating. However, it should be pointed out that both, short and long term averages, are well below the signal line but they are headed in an upward trend back towrds the signal line. That is what the Daily MACD for KRY looks like. But, I am no expert.

I am only going by what the charts are indicating. I am not a chartist or a day trader. Only use these (Stochastic and MACD) to find reasonable decent entry and exit points. No single tool can tell what is going on overall.
