It might be continued manipulation. Maybe the big buyer, who seems to have an insatiable appetite for KRY shares, is giving those that are somewhat hard-core an "out" to make a few more pennies on their shares before hammering the SP back down as a scare tactic.

I hope I am wrong, but am just going by what seemed to happen the last few times (2/7, 2/11, 2/13-14, 2/20-21) the KRY SP moved up a bit. Each time the SP went up a bit. But the last couple of times SP finished upward at the end of the day and then was up through mid-day. just charts. Could mean nothing. Could mean everything.
