That may very well have been some of the short term traders who played the technical bounce.  I told you most aren't in because they are waiting for a permit.  They are playing the bounce for a quick 15-20% gain.

At this time, it was clear the short term up momentum had shifted and the PPS would go into bearish day mode at $1.82 (below the midpoint of the day's range).  That is exactly what I would have done if I had been in this only for a short term gain.
