Let's take a macro view of the gold market.

Keep in mind all the majors are looking for large reserves.  Any of those majors looking to take over Kry & Grz will be sitting there with very large bushel baskets buying every share the small player wants to sell - post permit for both Kry & Grz. They may even try to "prime the selling pump" by shorting in large numbers - just like we've seen over the last months. It may well be that those majors who have an eye on Kry, are the ones who've kept the selling pressure on Kry.FACT - whoever wants to buy Kry, will be gobbling up post permit shares and the more they can control prior to actual offer the more efficient their purchase will be.

Fact - in addition to the majors, all gold investors(big & small) will be buying, post permit and they don't care if they're paying $5-7/sh because long term Kry is worth multiple times that.

This stock is a BIG all day sucker - hang on for the ride.
