I've been lurking around here for a while and would like to say hi to all the forum members. I have been long on Kry for about 3 years.

Concerning Richard Marshalls statement "We do not have the physical permit........we are still awaiting issuance of the permit without guidance on timing", he's not really denying knowledge of it's existence, he's denying possessing it and has not been told when he will. Seems like he left himself some wiggle room, or maybe just wishful thinking on my part.
