Although not for this weekend (because SP likely would have kept moving up from news leakage), I am confident that the LC permit announcement will be by Hugo. Very likely on an AP.

The weekend wild card, I believe is now a high consideration, and you don't want to be outside looking in.

Crystallex has done their due diligence by reporting yesterday's news update to the local residents/miners living in immediate proximity to the mine - El Diario News so I believe we are not too far off getting the elusive permit.
