In the event of a tie (same day predictions)....the bagel will be divided on a pro-rated basis. Where the exact date is not guessed, but predictions are equally incorrect (i.e. the permit is awarded on the 15th...but one prediction is for the 16th and one is for the 14th)...the earlier prediction date will win. More specific predictions win over less specific predictions (Bullfrog, Coco, BMH take note) To ensure freshness, the bagel (or portions thereof) will be shipped Federal Express to the lucky winner(s).
