Message: VOTE TO DECIDE CJRs FATE

Three Items -

1.  The original contest rules called only for the MONTH of the prediction.  Out of fairness...it is only right to allow BULLFROG, COCO and BMH the opportunity to refine their prediction to an exact day in the month originally selected by them consistent with the time frame (if any) originally specified (i.e. "end of March" defined as a day that falls within the last seven days of March).  They are hereby granted an official extension to refine their predictions until 12:00 midnight on Monday, March 3rd.

2.  It appears that InfoJoe "F'd" up and didn't give the month or the year of his prediction.  Out of deference to Joe's "above and beyond the call of duty" informational posting efforts...he will be granted a one time Special Executive Deadline Extension (SEDE) expiring at 12:00 midnight on Monday, March 3rd to clarify his prediction.

3.  This brings us to the boards problem child....CJR.  It seems that Mr. "Read" just couldn't seem to comprehend or comply with the same contest rules that the rest of the board was obliged to abide by.  Now out of fairness to CJR....it may be that he simply could not just read the contest rules due to either bad schooling or an  attention deficit disorder of some kind.  On the other hand...this individual has demonstrated "hooliganism" in the past...and his tardy permit prediction submission may be just another example of his flagrant disregard and contempt for the rule of law.  It is no secret that CJR has a severe drinking problem.  Is an alcohol induced coma ample justification for missing the well publicized contest deadline?

I will leave CJRs fate to the board to decide.  Please cast your vote....either "yes" (allow his tardy permit prediction to be entered in the contest) or "no".  Voting will end at midnight on Sunday, March 2nd.
