After the 2001 or 2002 AGM, Avalon and I went to check out the then brand new KRY offices. The BOD was meeting in the conference room and Sadek was in his office. We talked in private to him for a while. The water problem issue was discussed and Sdek wasn't concerned at all. He showed the plan and said while there's water it won't be a major obstacle. I don't know if the later mining plans affected anything but at the time he just didn't think that it was a big deal.
