BK, In your next discussion with RM, perhaps you can ask him why the company elected to hire a new LC GM and construction manager (Daza and McMillen, as per PR) at this time, ie, prior to actual issuance of the permit. Given that it has been about 9 mo's waiting since the EIA, why increase burn rate until the permit is actually issued? Then again maybe they know something they are not saying (though I am doubtful).
