Much has been said regarding Fung's holdings, or lack hereof, of common stock. That does not mean he does not hold a position. As best I can tell, from when I last looked on the SEDAR site a couple of months ago, Fung has about 1.5+ million options. I am not absolutely certain, but as best I can tell, these are largely the remnants of 2+ million vested options he had from 2003 (see their '03 or '04 annual report). If this is correct, rather than asking why he hasn't purchased any shares, one could just as well look at it from the other perspective, that he didn't dump when the stock was in the 6's in 2006 or in the 5's in 2007.
