And it appears to confirm some of the unpleasant remarks on this board directed to Environment Minister Yubiri Ortega. I recall that there is some indication that any future environmental downside in Venezuela the recall potential against bureaucrats etc in that department.

And the article appears to also confirm opinions on this board that it is up to Hugo to sign the final papers.

The article suggests that KRY is unlikely to gets its own audience with Hugo, but again previous posts here have suggested that Fung was tight with Hugo, so this leaves me wondering.
