BOSS....let's hope (there is that word again) that Sanz will "get er' done" and that what's her name is simply afraid of making a politically charged decision.  I have to believe that Hugo NEEDS to create jobs for his own political well-being.  Certainly the man in the street needs work to survive.  The polluting, illegal miners are being moved out...it just seems logical that an environmentally engineered mining infrastructure is developed and the next piece of the puzzle to fall into place would be the award of permits tor some of these projects that have been put on hold.  I don't get the part where she says she doesn't like foreign companies mining the resources.  First...that doesn't make a lot of sense given the fact that KRY has an operating contract....Second...what concern is that of hers?  Is that part of her job discription....deciding WHO mines?  I thought her job was environmental permitting.
