who finds the timing of the recent news releases a little weird?

First we get a pretty positive update which pushes the SP up over $2.30.

Then we get kicked in the CJ's with GT himself saying that Ortega has no plans to issue the permit.

Do RM and GT actually talk to each other? Are they working for the same company?
