OK maybe I did not get all of your concerns re "who are the crooks" correctly stated, so I apologize for that.

But my point is simple; read the posts that follow your retort to me, in other words after March 07, 2008 06:10 PM. You should be in KRY for the fundamental point of view, betting (and I do mean betting) that the permit will be issued. Or else you should be in KRY because you are a trader, and that means that you have the ability to scalp 5 cents (or 10 cents ) on a daily/weekly basis.

I do however maintain that if you truly feel that there are "crooks" involved then you should sell.

And personally I would not be waiting for a response from the SEC. I owned a lot of a stock a long time ago that went AWOL and the lawyers suggested a class-action suit. Well guess what! Who made any money out of that situation? Anyone who cannot guess the answer should not be in the market. And that is generic comment, not a personal one.
