No Public News is Good News?

I know with a couple plus hours to go that anything can happen, but this run up looks very very much like Feb 28 up this point.  Feb 27 looks somewhat similar to yesterday. ???

 

Although I posted for opinions in the Off Topic area on today's trading, I am of the opinion that it is possible backroom/inside info leaking and we are seeing the result.
