Goldcorp may already own a bunch of KRY.

At the time of one of the previous (August 2006 ??) financing, there was great speculation, and some statistical back-up,* that Goldcorp was the investor and bought 4.9% of the then outstanding shares and had warrants for and additional 4.9% of the ourtstanding.  However, those warrants expired last month.

*GG's cash position dropped $30mm co-incident to KRY receiving $30mm

Those percents would have been diluted with the last two financings
