Of coarse any news or rumors of the permit would be great. Any news of the environmental ministry, are they approving anything would be great. Any news of progress in Bolivar State or actions by Minister Sanz.

We are assumeming that the Environmental Minister is a political hack who is either afraid of approving permits due to the fear she might be held accountable if something goes wrong or that she is against seeing foreigners mine her country's gold. We also assume that Minister Sanz is a kick ass and take names kind of guy who is going to get the permit through the political morass. We also assume that KRY is a well respected company doing everything the right way and is a good corporate citizen. Anything you can share with us to support or change these assumptions would be great.

Also, how safe is it walking the streets of Caracus? Do people still drive thought stop signs to keep from getting mugged? Do the good restaruants still open at 9:00PM and the good dance clubs at midnight?
