Linares believes that the directive CVG Minerven must intervene in order to avoid generating a labour dispute MLA before the Regional Legislative Council (CLEB) Juan Linares raises the dismissal of the directive CVG Minerven, not only because of alleged acts of corruption, but before the continued violation of workers' rights.
The parliamentary press conference presented some facts thoroughly irregular registered in the company under the current directive, which range from surcharges on the purchase orders and services.
"There are 26 purchase orders where they show defects and irregularities, and which involves the corporation Shipack Imports," he said.
He added that by the year 2007 a report by the Corporación Venezolana de Guayana demonstrates that was not met with the bid process, which is essential for the acquisition of goods and services.
Linares said that these facts have already been brought to the knowledge of the president of CVG, and minister of Mibam, Rodolfo Sanz, as well as the vice president Alfredo Arcila.
"This report points out the violation of labour rights to workers," said the senator, who indicated that barely a week ago two workers were fired without justification.
In order to avoid generating a labour dispute in this endeavour, the senator, sought the intervention of the president of CVG therefore ensures there are many facts that should be treated.
On the other hand, Linares ruled on the excessive actions that took place last Friday, and that left a balance several workers injured and arrested. He noted that responsibilities must be established by the 110 police, who acted under the orders of their commander Colonel Sources Manzulli, and the 60 staff members of the National Guard, commanded by the Tcnel, Prepo Rojas Garcia.
