CJR....The more you watch and listen the smellier the whole "old boys" banking network appears. I believe you may be on to something with your theory as to why that check was sent to you by the bank. I believe that as adjustable rate mortgages ratchet up over the next months...the well coiffed, blue blazer banking crowd will see how Joe Six Pack responds to the mess the banksters created....."jingle mail" (drop the keys to the house in the mail) and leave town for sunnier climes....or even worse....a well placed Cleveland Steamer on the front doormat. Hell....let the bank find the keys.
