yeah! thats what i thought! if some scumbag forges my name, deposits the check and skips town i'll be 5 years fighting to get this thing off my credit and probably end up paying in the end anyway... i had to read the thing 20 times before i believed it....if i had access to govt funds at little/no interest i'd be sending out checks too.....a monkey could be a banker these days.....
